When I was a little girl my mom used to bribe my sister and I to clean our rooms with promises to visit the mall afterward. As a result of this formative childhood experience and I am a firm believer in bribes, retail therapy and shopping as exercise.  I have fantastical tastes but a realistic budget so my wishlists are long, varied and expensive. I recognize that material goods are not the heart and soul of a person, but they do sometimes make us sparklier, and who doesn’t need a little sparkle in their lives?
